    Yes we do! Please subscribe to our email list to keep up with all of the great information we share throughout the month.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all credit and debit cards as well as PayPal. Cash is always welcome and does not include the 2.9% processing fee that is included with credit and debit cards.
  • What is your return and exchange policy?
    Returns are accepted within five business days of receiving the items. Prior approval is required before items are returned. All items must be in their original packaging and unopened. You must include a copy of your invoice with your return. Buyer pays return shipping. There is a restocking fee of 15%. All refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days of receiving the items and following our return policy guidelines. Please see our Return/Refund Policy for complete information on how to initiate a return.
  • Why does my stone not look like it did in the picture on the website?
    Each stone is individual and unique. Even if a crystal was cut from the same slab, no two stones would be alike. The individuality of your stone is what makes it special for you. We do our best to give accurate descriptions of the crystals we have available.
  • How long does shipping take, and what are the costs?
    All orders are processed within 24-48 hrs. AfroGemz will utilize the most economical form of shipping to keep our prices affordable. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Be on the lookout for “Free Shipping” Events throughout the year.
  • Can I track my order online?
    Yes, as soon as your order is processed, you will be provided with a tracking number that will allow you to track your crystal delivery online.
